  • ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter; press into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes and allow to cool.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth, then mix in sour cream and vanilla extract.

  5. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and bake for 55-60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
